Framing Analysis of High-speed Rail Project Reports on Online Media Kompas.com, and Viva.co.id

This analysis aims to know and discuss the framing structure made by media Kompas Viva in reporting employment of Chinese foreign workers KCJB project, which had community stormy because Government chose use instead local workers. The type research used is qualitative with Pan Kosicki's approach due their explanation framing, process making messages or information more prominent readers focused on message conveyed. results this study indicate that terms syntactic structure, try be neutral using direct quotations titles only conveying facts. Thematically, provide good factual both convey existing facts as a unity without reducing changing obtained from sources. Judging delivery information, seem what it adding opinions cutting Rhetorically, them do not give emphasis source. And even though they lack completeness 5W + 1H elements some articles, affect core news delivered.
